How do I register for a My Broadband account?

If you are trying to access My Broadband for the first time you can login using your account number as your username and the PIN number located on your bill as your password.

If you do not have a PIN number please contact customer service at (785) 841-2100 to request your PIN number.

What do the bandwidth numbers mean?

Each bandwidth record consists of three numbers: the amount of data sent, data received, and the total. Each of these numbers is a record of the amount of data during a given time period.

What do I do if I consistently go over my bandwidth limit?

You have the option to upgrade your internet service from Basic to Premium or you may purchase additional bandwidth blocks of 10 GB for $10.00 each.

Do I have to be using the modem associated with my Knology account to view this information?

Once you have registered a username and password you can log in and see your bandwidth information from any internet connection in the world.
