Directory Listing Rules for Knology Telephone Service
With Knology Telephone service, you will receive one directory listing with each active telephone line. If you wish to keep your number non-published, non-listed or listed without your address, there is a monthly fee for these services.
Non-Published — Name, address and phone number will not be available in the phone book or directory assistance.
Non-Listed — Name, address and phone number will not be available in the phone book, but will be available through directory assistance.
Omit Address — Name and phone number are listed without the home address.
